If you would like to participate in walking challenges or set and track your steps goals, you must sync your steps from your smartphone to the Wellness Coach mobile app. Click below to find the instructions for your mobile device:
Be sure to download the Fitbit app and have it synced to your Fitbit device. You can view Fitbit's FAQs here for support with creating your account and connecting your device to the app.
If are using a wearable or third-party tracking app besides Fitbit, be sure it's synced to your Apple Health or Google Fit to be tracked in Wellness Coach.
