Who is a qualified referral?

A qualified referral includes the contact information of a decision maker at a company of at least 500 employees that you shared by completing the referral form on our website. 

Is there a limit of referrals I can submit?

No, you can submit as many qualified referrals as you like. 

Can I submit a referral even if my company does not provide Wellness Coach?

Of course, you can send as many referrals to organizations as you like. If any organization becomes a paid Wellness Coach client, we will send you the appropriate reward. 

Why was my referral denied?

Your referral is not qualified if you refer to us a current Wellness Coach client, an active prospect of Wellness Coach or a company with less than 100 employees. 

Will my referral know I referred them?
Yes, we will mention your referral when we engage with the qualified prospect.
How do I receive my reward?
Based upon the regulations allowed in your country, you can decide how you wish to receive your reward.  We can provide a cash reward (paid electronically) or you can receive your reward amount in Wellness Coach products or services including challenges, private coaching and/or enterprise coaching sessions. 
When do I receive my reward?

Wellness Coach will reach out to you after the Enterprise you referred becomes an active client and pays their first monthly invoice to share the details of your reward.

How can I track my referral?

We will send you an email notification when you first submit your referral and provide additional updates via email if your referral becomes an active Wellness Coach client.
